Not sure if it's Aaron's as a whole or this store, but I have had the worst experience. Customer Service is awful at best. Manager is immature and rude. The Manager's name is Jerry. Just because I pay my bill early when I called to have the machines I rented picked up I was told I wouldn't be receiving a refund for the days I had paid for, but didn't have the machines. To quote Jackie, the person I spoke to, "You shouldn't have paid early if you knew you were going to have us pick them up; then you wouldn't lose any money." Really?? Aaron's needs to use some of the money they take from people and hire individuals that can do a better job. As someone that works in an industry that utilizes rental companies frequently I will never recommend Aaron's ever again!! After reading others reviews I realize I'm not alone. Do something about the staff at this store before you lose more business!! Jackie, Maria, and Jerry need to go!!!

Bought a full set of Bed and Furniture with "warranty" in December today I had to move to my new place and They said my warranty was expired so they didnt want to move my stuff becuse 1. It expired 2. The guys said their back can get hurt. Dissapointed my Son Arsi Cervantes and I have been clients for years and we got treated dry and rude on the phone by the store manager Abi. I paid 2500 and this is the service We recieve. Just trying to save people some future stress and dont deal with them anymore.

Went the other day to get a bedroom set, a nice spanish speaking girl helped me and I was reconsidering getting de bedroom and a TV, she helped me alot. My first language is Spanish and when she went to get the manager whom I belive his name is Jerry he started to speak to me like I was dumb or something. I feel very uncomfortable with his attitude. Im not the only one who has been treated like this my mom, my brother and others have been treated this way. People warned me about staying away from this store and now I now why.

I have purchased from Aarons before, but this Hillsboro store, I cannot begin to express the disappointment I have experienced here. They work very hard to sell, but when it comes to customer service, they are the worse. I recently moved and asked that they take some furniture back since it didn't fit in the new place. After having an argument with "(Robert) the manager" and got nowhere regarding the merchandise. I expressed I was going to reach out to corporate and asked him for the number... he gave me the wrong number!!!! I finally googled and called and spoke with someone at corporate then got a call back from the "real store manager"(Jerry) He said returning the furniture was no problem and he would have someone schedule another pick up date, The scheduler calls and we agree that friday...Mind you I have had the furniture sitting in my living room for over 1 week... I stayed home All day Friday and they never arrived or called so I called on Saturday and (ANOTHER store manager) says it's scheduled for Monday!!! I was never told Monday!!!! And he says now- well I am the only one in the store and I cannot close it to go pick up the furniture, come drop it off if you can't wait till Monday😳.(but when I called Jackie said she had someone to pick it up today) 🤦🏻♂️
I have never had a late payment with them and I'm treated like this I can't imagine the ones that are a bit behind
1- everyone there is the store "manager" (liers)
2- they do not communicate with themselves or the client (poor communication skills)
3- they do as they please and Don't care what you say or think as a client (poor customer service skills)
They all need to go to CS training
4- Overpriced!!!!!!!
I'm sure there's plenty of others stores who will appreciate my business in Hillsboro since I always make my payments on time and will have no issues when it comes to pay and if I have any issues with the merchandise they will be happy to help me!!!
