I have gotten great deals for this being a brick and mortar store for my have to have today purchases. They are fairly close in price to online and have a very large inventory. I have gotten a laptop printer and backpack for laptop through them

This store will take your money and never return it. I bought a defective computer from the factory & Best Buy refused to refund the money the very next day! Now I'm out over $1,600 dollars. I'm hiring an attorney for a class action lawsuit as thousands of other people have the same issue. I heard on the news a young lady was raped by an employee in the women's restroom a few weeks ago. I would stay away from Best Buy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Augie is a great sales assistant who understands the tv/audio technology options. He focused on finding us a good deal within our budget rather than pressure selling for something else.

I went in to buy a new set of Bluetooth ear buds and as soon as I walked in they automatically proceeded to follow me around the whole time I was there. I get it they're there to answer questions and help out people but seriously they automatically assumed I was going to steal. Best buy employees stop making customers feel uncomfortable it's annoying and unfair to judge people without a legitimate reason.

The item I was looking for was completely empty on the shelf. I asked a clerk named Antonio if he knew when it would be restocked. He left to go find out, and when he returned he took me to the exact item I wanted in a different location. He put in extra effort to get me the item, which is appreciated. Very polite and professional young man as well.
