Knowledgeable and available staff. Great return policy, geek squad right there. You can dispose of all sorts of electronics. I got rid of a shopping cart full. Staff always at front door to help you. rewards accounts, free interest financing.

Great customer service. They are all ways ready to make a deal and you can't go wrong with geek squad services. All Best Buy locations are not the same, so if you are not happy with the particular one you are at go toba different one. I personally like the Cedar hills Best buy the most.

Well stocked and plesently layout. Don't mind asking for help college aged workers who Google your questions and look on line for solutions. Better to walk around till you find what you need they do not care about customers just product sales.

I really like Best Buy for my tech needs...including "toys" for "kids" and my kitchen too. It's a great place for gifts and my husband and I shop here for birthdays and holidays. Not just computers and tvs, but portable speakers, robot toys, coffee makers and vacuums - all stuff I've bought from here. We use the protection plans, and I do mean USE them. Super great to have worry-free products, like computers for kids, the pro plans are must have! I think there's always room for improvement, so 4 stars is my top rating - thanks Best Buy!

The item selection is poor and the prices are worse in comparison to Newegg for Fry's. The customer service was good, but no one knew for sure where any of the items we needed were. Plus their geek squad seems to only know how to replace items. Any other work requires sending the computer out to a third party repair shop. Their services cost too much for the quality you get.
