I really wished I had caught their names, but the cashier who originally helped me was as much involved in resolving my issue as the manager who came to finalize the sale.
I had Best Buy rewards that were, according to the website, expiring the day I went in. The in store computer said they had already expired. The cashier and manager both tried to get them to work at the register. In the end the manager gave me a number to call that would bring my points back to being unexpired. That worked, but according to the pre-recorded message it might take an hour. The manager got it to work after another attempt.
I've always found the customer service above and beyond at this store. These 2 are prime examples of great customer service. I appreciate them.

The team members weren't pushy and went above and beyond for me and my situation. My grandpa was buying me a laptop for college, I wanted a specific one and with the care, extra dongles and apple care it was just a little too much. The guy helping us did a little looking and found a price to match at another store selling the same computer for like $200 less, making it affordable enough to make it happen! I love my new MacBook Pro, first laptop I've had in half a decade and its amazing! thanks guys!

We all know what Best Buy is. They have decent prices but not always great customer service. Periodically run into someone that knows their section very well and is a great asset to the company. Unfortunately last time I went there the person either didn't really care that much or was new. I tend to think the former. Doesn't necessarily mean anything bad about the company. Just one employees.

This place still is the "best". Pun intended.
The associates here are very informative, friendly, and bored... so ask them all the questions you want and they will usually know the answer. This place has some really good deals, if you know where to look.

Great staff, super helpful, but be aware of the return policy. 14 days goes by fast. They will put it on a card for you(gift card), but some may not like that. Ample parking , great deals, and the latest releases of pretty much all the fun toys n gadgets. Always, always get geek squad, it will save you so much hassle and frustration if you aren't tech savvy. If you are, then pass on it
