Best Buy

Sometimes electronic things can be ordered online and be delivered to your door within a couple days. Sometimes you are sitting at your favorite coffee shop doing school work and you discover your charging cord no longer works and you only have 9% battery life before your laptop dies! Luckily my house and my favorite coffee shop are not very far away from this Best Buy so I gathered up my laptop and drove over hoping that my charging cord issue could be resolved. I didn't have a ton of time so I asked the loss prevention guy positioned at the front door where I might find laptop cords. It was great that he was able to quickly point me in the right direction. After walking over to the laptop area I realized that there was no way I was going to be able to quickly locate the correct cord for my device so I flagged down a store employee to help. The guy who helped me had me pull out my laptop and he opened up a box that he thought would have the right charging connection and tested it. This particular cord was not compatible so he opened the Ultrabook charging box and we quickly found a match. What was really exceptional is that he then had me follow him to the front in order to actually plug in my laptop with this new cord. He said he wanted to plug it in for a minute just to make sure my laptop did not reject the new cord. After we confirmed that my laptop was all good with the new charge cord he rang up my purchase right there from the help desk so I didn't have to walk to the other side of the store to the registers. Thanks Best Buy for providing fantastic customer service and getting me out of my laptop charging bind!

Best Buy continues to knock it out of the Park. Always friendly and informative customer service. You can ask a ton of questions and never feel rushed. If they can’t answer a question they will find someone in the store who will. Personal service. Once you have made contact with someone they stay will you until your ready to purchase or no longer need them. Competitive pricing. Found it cheaper on Online? Show them. They will Price match. My advise. Buy the protection plans that are offered here with your purchase. It’s flawless if there is a problem. You simply get a new devise. Going through the manufacture is a pain. Going to Best Buy takes the oh no’s if something isn’t working right out of the equation.

Online system failed us today. After 2 1/2 hours clerk called in ,they then sent us an email for Id verification that your supposed to call into. But when we did it was after hours. I shouldn't have to verify my identity while I am standing inside the store with my I'd and cc . Had to cancel online order to then have clerk go get items in 5 minutes. System fail Best buy.

I had to return, the only store that had the item was in Jantzen Beach. When I got there they were super helpful and even though they were about to close. Ryan and Yadiel stayed late to switch over my old data to the new phone. Ryan the supervisor couldn't have been more helpful when resolving the issue. I have been to 5 different Best Buys in the past two weeks trying to get this resolved, I will be doing my Best Buy shopping at this location for now on.

Best place to shop for electronics. Love to shop here due to more selections. Prices are very competitive. Bought my s8 & s8 + year ago saved me a lot including extra accessories for both phones. Now planning to get a laptop
