As Best Buys go, this was the smallest one I've been in. The store was clean, the people friendly, and if they happen to have what you're looking for, I'm sure it would do nicely. At least 3 store associates asked if we needed help or if they could help find something. So their customer service was great.. A solid 5. But the store was small and took us very little time to browse through so the product selection brought their score down significantly in my view. Its worth a look.

Good for electronics and small appliances and parts, cables, connectors for them of all kinds, especially when you just got to have them NOW. Often Amazon will offer a price savings--but not always, check the "daily deals"--but there are just those times when waiting for an Amazon shipment to arrive is not what you want. In such cases, Best Buy is a very, very good choice. The Best Buy app for Android phones is very slick: I have always used it to find and compare products, see "what's in the box", etc, and place my orders online, typically for instore pickup in about an hour. *(Don't bother calling a store for help or inquiries--I have been left on hold before getting through up to 30 minutes)*.
Returns are easy, also.
So, overall, a great retailer of the items they sell!

Always a great selection of electronic items. I'm just like a kid in a candy store when I go to an electronic store like Best Buy. I want everything in sight. The staff is always friendly and helpful and they always have an awesome selection at reasonable prices. I was a little disappointed that they didn't have any upper level Bose speakers. But that's understandable since Bose doesn't let the retail stores discount their products

I really do like this store. I have been there many many times. They have over all great customer service. I am giving them three stars based on my experience in trying to reach them by phone. It is almost impossible. Sat on hold several times, on several different occasions, for ridiculous periods of time, half hour to an hour, without ever reaching a person. I could drive to this store and back from Vancouver in the time it takes to get someone on the line. It is so surprising to me that for a company that provides a great level of customer service that no one can pick up the phone.

My advice if you find a sale item is to save your receipt and make sure that you got the sale price before you leave. Fortunately I did save my cash receipt and got back there just in the nick of time to get my money back from an item they had listed $40 off but some how didn't make it to the register. How convenient for them. I had bought a few items and didn't check the receipt until I got home an hour away. They don't answer their phone and the only way for them to make it right is to drive there and do the face to face. They gave my money back. I wish they had the technology to do it right the first time.
