Great selection. Awesome customer service. Knowledgeable staff. High quality products with fantastic prices. Probably the best store to buy. Greeted a few minutes after walking into the store, talked to the sale rep about what I was looking for in a TV, and was out the door with a new TV. Shopping made simple and felt like a got a quality product for a great price.

Sorry, but the Internet just isn't the best place to buy a TV.  Reviews are great, but I think it is necessary to see what I am buying in order to make the best decision.  I was looking for the best contrast and I was able to find it here without spending top dollar.  This store has the widest range or product including models no one else had on display.  Kevin truly went beyond the call of duty to demonstrate that which no one else in town seemed capable.  While he didn't have the one I needed in stock, it turned up the next day.

Had a terrifically knowledgeable, patient and helpful salesperson who helped me select my new TV and sound bar. Love the TV, the sound, and the setup! There was no pressure and I was able to get it delivered, installed and a some instructions. A few days later, I got a follow-up phone call to make sure that everything was working, to find out if I was happy and to see if I had any other questions.  Great experience. If you're in the market for quality products and service, look no further. (It was on sale, too!) Ask for Reggie!

High pressure salesman. We indicated that we were just looking and not interested in buying today, and he continued to follow and harass us. As video only does not post their info online, I attempted to take a picture of the placard. Apparently not allowed. The sales man then proceeded to follow us out of the store and try and get us to stay or come back. I won't be returning. Thanks for nothing.
