Love not just the convenience of getting what I want "right now", but the respect and kindness that are given repeatedly by both management and staff are SO appreciated! I heard a customer loudly complaining over the phone while I stood across the counter about phone calls made to their family regarding their need to contact the store...Truly...we ALL KNOW WHEN our account is due! If we are smart enough to "rent it" than we know the drill. If you don't want those phone calls...call them first to tell them you'll be late, when you'll be making that payment...DONT MAKE THEM CHASE YOU THEN COMPLAIN that they have to do their job!!! At least they try to work with you to keep your things! Be grateful! McMinville's Aaron's is pretty awesome in their Customer Service...Thank you!

Don't have an account with them but I came in a couple days ago looking into some furniture and I am just amazed with their customer service. Not ready to buy yet since I'm in the middle of buying a house in McMinnville but I will definitely do business with Aaron's. The product they carry are great and have flexible payment options. The girls that were working were upfront and honest with the pros and cons about the product I was inquiring about and that made me feel like I can trust them because they're not trying to screw me over just to get some sales in. I appreciate that they care about their customers and wants them to get what's best for them. This is a great company to lease from if you are on a budget like I am or just don't have all the money to pay up front!

This place was probably one of the best places we've shopped at. Friendly staff, the management team is extremely knowledgeable, and knew exactly what we were after. I see bad reviews from angry customers and cant help but think "who forced them to go there?" Or did they just fall behind on a payment and were held accountable for their own actions and now they're mad about it? We were late a couple of times, but we maintained contact with them and they worked with us through everything that we were going through. Yes, its a little more to spend on nice things, but it beats paying a huge amount at once! So if you're a responsible adult, you should have no problems at all :) If you're not responsible enough to pay a monthly bill, this is not the place for you. I HIGHLY recommend Aaron's to everyone. Just be an adult about it :)

never had a prob. with them i had some financial issue and the were nice about it and worked with me. i was able to keep my stuff. sorry some of you feel the way you do, but i find them upfront and easy to deal with. i have been getting things from them for years now. i recommend them, and it has helped mt credit rating they do report it, it shows up on all 3 reports. just pay your bill and you will be fine
