Staples gets kudos for being handicap friendly. I went in to buy some ink for my printer all I had with me was the ink cartridge. When I first walked through the electric doors i had a sale person telling me hi and asking me if he could help me. I said yes and held up my ink cartridge which he took from me and said follow me I'll point you in the right direction. There were so many cartridges to choose from. He selected a box from over a hundred boxes to choose from. Telling me this was the one I needed. I said thank you and he just smiled and said no problem. He also told me they recycle the old empty cartridges and showed me where to put them. He was also my cashier and told me about there rewards program. So, he helped me sign up for the program which gives me cedit for each empty ink cartridge I bring into the store. I left the store feeling happy. If you are looking for office supplies or office furniture or to copy or fax something and great customer service, then Staples is the place to go they will treat you right!

I came here yesterday after going to copy cats when copy cats messed up a copy I needed of my drawing. The guy immediately got to work on making it look beautiful and the right way so it looked exactly like the drawing so I can gift it to a friends 5 year old child. He even let me see on a screen what itd look like before printing by letting me get a close up. I loooved that. Well it took an hour because the poor guy was alone doing about 4 other jobs and lots of customers. Finally 2 staff members helped and he was able to help me personally get it copied and laminated lol. The whole staff was very sweet. I always liked them here. Well I got amazing results and this is how it turned out. Thank u guys.

They were apologetic after the told me the item I came in for was not in stock, as the web page said, and they still had fake boxes implying they still had them in inventory. What aworld we live in.
