Jaydon is an awesome employee. When I signed up for a new account he was able to answer every question with detail. Even questions about insurance and payment plans were no problem. 5 stars and will continue to come back to this store!

Accompanied my other half while he set up new service today. He was helped by an associate named Samantha. She interrupted me in mid conversation a few times, was rude and argumentative and had the nerve to ask me for my drivers license for I dont know what reason. I asked her why she needed my drivers license as I was not the person opening an account and she said she was not "willing to open a fraudulent account" which makes absolutely zero sense. How could that even be determined by examining my drivers license!? It is pretty damn apalling that this person has a job in retail sales when she lacks basic interpersknal skills and professionalism...not to mention her appearance was dirty and unkempt.

I had a great experience at this location. My phone was lost in Europe and Jayden did a great job helping me to use an old phone until my arrived via international post.

I can't begin to say how grateful I am for Daniel 's help when my phone was destroyed by cars driving over it. This is a great Verizon store.
