Best Buy

Was interested in information on signal boosters for cell towers. Living in an area that receives 1 bar most of the time, maybe even 2 bars, it made our phones and tablets very slow, and would from time to time be nonexistent. We are hoping this booster will do the trick. The salesmen at Best Buy were most helpful in explaining about boosters, and helping me choosing the one I needed. Time will tell.....

Purchased some monitors online and needed to pick one up in the store. I also made a purchase for a second item in the store. I was greeted immediately and shown right where the product was that I needed. I purchased it within two minutes and remembered I had a pickup at customer service,. so I headed over there. The entire visit had to be less than five minutes from start to finish and this was on a Saturday afternoon. They were so quick and efficient. It was a very easy and pleasant experience all the way around.

I come here hoping to find a filter for my camera lens that I hadn't brought with me on vacation. They had it on their website, but didn't carry it in the store. The employee in the camera department didn't know much about cameras. Otherwise the store was very big and well organized, and I would come back for other electronic needs.

Staff is attentive. But doesn't equal the lack of selection. Go only as need, its better online.

The staff was friendly, although all over the place due to being very busy. I had a screen protector put on my new phone and they did a good job with that! Also the price matching is awesome!
