Ron was very helpful and friendly! After testing out the demo chair he recommended it was very hard to sit in anything else while I patiently waited for my own chair to arrive. 10/10 would recommend. Although, I will add this disclosure: My company purchased my chair, I have no idea what it costs but it does have a warranty and I expect it to last a very long time. Here is my beautiful chair! It has all the adjustments I could ever need and a great lumbar support. I even got to choose the fabric covering it. I love this but if you want to be BOLD Ron has those options too :) Overall it was an excellent experience. It was very eye opening to have my work space analyzed for ergonomics and now I definitely think twice about how I sit, look at my screen and work at my desk.

Excellent service, furniture delivered on time with no issues. Much better to deal with than other local commercial furniture vendors.

Ron Swanson from Indoff Oregon took great care of me both at work and again when I ordered a 2nd chair for my husband's home office. I now have two chairs that will likely last a life-time which are sturdy, completely custom fitted to me (and to hubby) and ergonomically correct for less back pain when sitting for hours. The service was prompt, courteous and efficient from start to finish. Follow-up when I somehow cracked my armrest was perfect in that a new armrest was delivered and installed within days at no charge. I would highly recommend Indoff Oregon for your office furniture needs! He delivers a quality product at a fair price.
