The Assistant Manager has no idea how to treat customers. I bought two bundles of profile boxes that were on sale. When I got home, I noticed they had charged me the regular price, overcharging me $10.00. I kept the receipt in my purse and presented it to the Assistant Manager and she whined endlessly about not having anyway to verify my claim, then she whined because my receipt was faded and she was unsure if she could even see the numbers she needed. She continued to hem and ha around for 5 minutes while I was standing at the register until I lost it. I told her that it was THEIR mistake, they overcharged me and I was being inconvenienced further by having to keep the receipt and take up my time to bring it back for the money they should have never charged me. And then I asked: R you going to refund my money or not? I don't need to hear the whining or your bookkeeping issues. She gave me the stink eye and said...Yes, I'll take care of you. Then I said then get on with it then!!! She stomped to the register and credited my card without apologizing for overcharging me. She did all this in front of her employee--nice example!

Self service station is complex to by. Then the copier doesn't work. Serving self copy customers seems to be a low priority. It took 20 minutes to self make copies of 4 papers.This is the third time with similar experiences.I have to recommend going elsewhere unless they get new management that can fix their processes.

Not very much staff and pretty sparse in terms of variety. Lots of iPhone accesories, Windows computer, and Printers. Little in the way of actual office furniture or audio gear. A good amount of the things they have for sale can be found much cheaper online. Do they have a price match guarantee?
