StorQuest Self Storage

After an extensive search for RV storage, we chose StorQuest not only because of the excellent reviews, but also the interaction we had with Ed, the facility manager. We found Ed to be professional, knowledgeable and understanding. Upon realizing our initial storage spot wasn't tall enough, Ed worked quickly to find the perfect fit. We certainly can see why StorQuest is highly rated. Thank you Ed!!

It took a minute for my gate code to work, but the gentlemen behind the counter was very polite and conversational and made sure my code worked. The only thing I would say needs improvement is the hours stated on google. A lot of times google is wrong and anyone, even customers, can add hours to google. It says 24 hours but you can not get on the premises after 10 pm and that really screwed me over the other night because I was planning on 24 hours like google said. So, lesson learned but the customer service was wonderful and he was very nice.

I visited 5 different storage facilities in the the area an found issues with each except this one. On top of that, Rick was VERY friendly and professional. He helped me decide on size and accessibility and answered questions i hadn't even thought off. Thanks for making this so easy.

I wanted to tell Ed H. What an awesome job he does for everyone he meets. I was just there Sunday 3/25/18 and paid for my unit. He helped me with a smile and respect as always. It shows when someone enjoys their job. Thank you Ed very much without *you and your team I wouldn't have my storage. M. Thompson

Frendly staff make the transition easy and painless. The online platform is good and direct withdrawl was nice to set it and forget it on payments. Units are well priced and 1$ for the first month deal was great. Overall the units are nice and clean. Exactly what you would want in a storage unit.
