What an incredible place!  The walk area has a statue of Our Lady of Guadalupe with flowers in great big planters.  Quite unexpected and wonderful.  Folks in the shops are eager to assist.  Found the perfect walking shoes and socks.

It's a nice, very old part of Laredo with lots of shops on narrow little streets with limited parking.  Watch out for all the one-way signs!
