Fantastic place to stop for an overnight stay, or to stay long term. I stopped to stay overnight as I was switching parks, but then decided to stay long term. The owner is fantastic and works with you. The rates are fair and everything is included (water, septic, electricity, garbage and wifi). There are two creeks and a swimming hole withing walking distance. Its a quiet park and close to 220 for easy travel.

Chuck was great to get us set up and situated in our new site! He made sure he was here for our arrival and that we were happy and good to go. Great guy to work with!
