This chicken bahn mi looked good, but it was hard ok. And by hard ok, I mean the bread was literally hard as a rock. I didn't enjoy it. It didn't taste nasty, but I also couldn't enjoy the sandwich because I couldn't really...eat it properly. Big time bummer, because this sandwich had the potential to be a lot better.
For the absolute best broth and real sauces and peppers on the table, there is no better Pho destination. I have tried many of the local restaurants with Pho on the menu in the area. Most provide decent soup, prices, and experience. However Sun Vietnamese has the absolute best broth and ingredients hands down! The thai ice tea is also amazing here!
I've come here easily over 15 times. Not once has this place let me down. Portions are great and the food tastes amazing. The family that runs it are very nice people and the location makes it easy to park and pick up your food quickly. Definitely recommend if you're in the mood for some great food!
Customers dictate the level of authenticity, yet this restaurant does a great job of balancing the ethnic Vietnamese flavor vs. anglo Westernized suburban flavor. Pho was right on and very flavorful, although a bit heavy on MSG. The veggies were authentic and other dishes were tasty. Out of 7 ethnic restaurants I've been to, this is the best so far.
Interesting mix of restaurant ideas in one package. Mainly, this location serves Vietnamese fare - such as pho - but in an added twist, they also serve pastries, coffee, and breakfast foods like scrambled eggs and sausage. The prices seem to be pretty decent. For my eggs and sausage with toast, I think I paid around $5. The food was decent and it didn't take too long to prepare. The staff was really friendly, too - and the restaurant was clean. The only downside was that since the restaurant is new, it seems they haven't found their "flow" yet. I feel like it wasn't clear whether or not they had table service, and the employees were still learning the menu. Still, this seems like a good alternative to mix up your breakfast routine. Will most likely check it out a few more times. So far, so good.
This is the best Vietnamese restaurant in town. Customer service is amazing and reliable. My favorite is number 33 and the Pho.
The staff were friendly, fast, and answered all our questions well. They have an amazing selection of Vietnamese and other Asian food. The steamed dumplings tasted wonderful, the right amount of ginger, garlic, and spices with a thin and soft wrapper. Their iced coffee is amazing, so smooth. And the restaurant is very clean.
Bahn mi was great, bread crispy and not small, fresh veggies. Prices are great Awesome staff!Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: YesDelivery: NoCurbside pickup: No
Love this place, food is always fresh and flavorful, the staff is friendly. Always my first choice for Vietnamese
Ate here today for the first time after reading all the good reviews. Had the steamed dumplings with pork, very tasty and chicken lomein. This dish was also very good. I highly recommend this place.
