Great service. Wide selection of bikes. I took my old made in America bike in for repairs, new tires, brake pads and a raised handlebar. Good work was done quickly and at a fair price. The manager will spend all the time necessary to make sure that you are satisfied.

After my favorite bicycle shop closed its doors many years ago I couldn’t find any area stores that came close in customer service, knowledge or one that even made me feel welcomed walking through the door. I was recommended from the owner of my old shop John to give Sussex Bike Shop in Andover a try. On my first visit to the store I was greeted with a smile by shop manager Pete and immediately felt welcomed. I was looking for a bike for my son and Pete answered all my questions without any high pressure sales and explained each model bike in detail to show what you are getting for your money. My second visit was for myself… I was looking for a Trek Roscoe as a second fun trail bike and this time was again greeted by a salesman with a smile Garrett. Like Pete he was excellent going through all the details of the bike and offering a test ride which sold me on the model. Within minutes of my purchase Garrett set my bike up tubeless, installed a computer, bottle cage, adjusted fork air pressure and set my seat post height. I’m beyond pleased with the way I was treated and the quality of service received. My first 25 mile ride on the Roscoe was excellent and trouble free. Love my new bike and will be back soon to purchase a new ride for my son. Thank you Pete and Garrett for your high quality level of service! Very happy with Sussex Bike Shop in Andover!

Great prices u can't find anywhere else, the staff I s very friendly and Willing to work with you, they do everything from selling high performance bikes to fixing any bike. They also have many different types of bikes for whatever style rider u are. I would definitely recommend checking it out!

Drove 40min only to find that they are closed on Sundays. Hours on door and website say 11-3pm sundays. Misleading? I think (Lack of attention to detail) must reflect on their bikes.

Maybe when the owner is there, their customer service is better. There was three, very attractive, young males working there. They are the stock tv definition of what the millenium generation is known for. Maybe they are good at fixing bikes, but customer service ... none. Hey, I'm standing right in front of you guys ... huh ? It was more like a visit to the set of the Walking Dead. My son brought in his bike for service. We had to prompt them to tell us when we picked it up what was done. Stone faces. We probably could have wheeled out all the bikes in the store to the car before they'd return back to consciousness .I knew I should have went to their other store in Sussex. Never again.
