Marty's Reliable Cycle of Randolph

Marty's is a great bike shop for sales and service. They have fair and reasonable prices, the staff is incredibility helpful and the service can't be beat. I was even more impressed with how the local owners give back to the community by sponsoring loads of youth biking events. This is a great organization that deserves all of our support. I have purchased three bikes from them and they have fixed flats, adjusted brakes/seats and replaced derailleurs. I haven't had a bad experience yet. Thank you Marty's for servicing Randolph the way you do.

When I entered into MRC in Randolph, I can say with confidence that I was impressed at both the overall quality of the shop and the customer service I received. Eric at the front desk made my purchasing experience easy, convenient, and was extremely helpful in answering any questions and concerns I had. The staff at MRC know what they're doing and it shows with the knowledge they have on the product and their personal recommendations/touch. Eric even went as far as to suggest local trails that I could go try out as well. The service department built my bike professionally and it's honestly the best experience I've ever had in a bike shop. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking to buy a new bike, or who needs some service done. It is a great local shop with good people and good service

1. I went in looking for a road bike specifically stated I'm on a budget/not sure I'd like the sport. Was shown $1000 and up bikes. After talking with salesman for 20 min or so I come to find out there was a used bike rack out front and found a bike there that would work for me for $400 2. I try my hardest to buy local but came in to purchase tires for my bike and was shown tires that cost $90 a piece. Out of curiosity I price shopped and the same tire is available for $90 a set on amazon. I understand the difference between online and in person but $90 difference in bicycle tires is ridiculous. I will regularly pay 5-10% more in store to support local but I wish Marty's would focus on pricing a little more because its tough to dispute such large price differences. 3. I don't want this all to seem negative so I will say the people working there are very knowledgeable and gentleman who did my fit up was great and gave me some good pointers.

I had a good experience there. They put a new tire and innertube on a dry rotted tire. My tire was damaged. He wasn't pushy at all. Good price if you compare to Walmart. They put the innertube and tire back together cheap. Friendly staff. Willing to work with low priced equipment and not be bastards about it.
