Amazing! I went 10 minutes before closing thinking I had a flat tire but Steve helped me and said tire just was very low on air. He also took another 10 minutes to tweak and adjust everything at no charge. Of course, I gave him a tip for his time. Highly professional and recommended.

Great customer service. I really ONLY recommend this bike shop going forward. I have used the others and the service is 100% better at Bicycle Tech.

As soon as I walked into the entrance, I knew immediately I was going to purchase a bike. Rich and his team were beyond kind and courteous from the get go. Knowledge; Amazing. HONESTY: Superb. They originally talked me out of purchasing a more expensive bike. No salesman does that. They cared more about my needs more than want they wanted to do; Sell. I decided last minute to change my mind on what I wanted. Rich smiled and got right to work on the bike I truly wanted. Rich was so helpful as was his team. I felt comfortable and knew I made the right decision. I visited several bike shops and did my homework prior to purchasing. Priced out bikes all over the place. I didn't pay the original/listed price. They gave me a better deal than I would have expected. Rich had me ride the bike and fitted me perfect. He made sure the seat was level. Checked every nut, bolt and cable. Will I be going back? Absolutely. I want to buy a new bike for my son and know where I WILL be going. Bicycle Tech in Lincoln Park. Thank you guys!

Top Notch Sales and Service. They ordered 2 bikes for me to test ride with no obligation or commitment. Allowed me to take them both out for as long as I needed. Best bike purchasing experience ever....no exaggeration, and I've purchased 7 high end bike over the years from various different shops. Highly recommend this shop, and this coming from someone who is far from a novice cyclist. I've worked in a bike shop in the past myself and have been a serious cyclist since my late teens.
