Ridgewood Cycle Shop

Been there twice. Parking available at the rear. Staff is knowledgeable and turnaround is quick. However, the prices seem a bit high. But, considering how expensive brick and mortar overhead is....they do a good job. I would recommend market based pricing for things like bike assembly.

Great knowledgeable staff, all riders. I have had a long history with Ridgewood Cycle shop, starting with Don, Drew& Jamie's father great service and family. Prices are competitive with today's market, but the service is outstanding.I truly recommend a vist.Loyal customer since 1964.

little disappointed....brought my DH bike to this shop for checkup before this 2018 season... wheels and tire replacement...i paid 700$ for two rims and tires....waited 1 month for it...first installation vent south, bearing were loose....picked up the next day and i was told not to ride the bike cause the frame is cracked....after spending 700 on rims.....i dont mind spendin money but it has to make sense...with this shop it didnt....sorry.....if they told me the frame cracked before i spent that 700 on wheels, i would bought a new DH bike from them...sold the bike for parts and i bought a new one from another shop.....oh well..

I actually ended up at this place after I could no longer contain my disappointment with the poor attitude at my local bike shop. The guys up here in Ridgewood are great they can fix just about anything you bring through the door and will do it quickly and with a smile. There are no smug attitudes and the people genuinely care about you and your ride.
