Fit Werx - NYC/New Jersey

Joe at Fit Werx came highly recommended from an experienced member of the local bike club. Without question, I received highly professional and excellent service above my already high expectations. Joe spends as much time as necessary to do a thorough and methodical job to get the fit dialed in and at the same time convey large amounts of useful information. Joe has impressive experience and lays out the facts in an objective manner. I felt I learned enough to take the information and make informed decisions. Luke is similarly professional and knowledgeable and I am at ease with him working on my bikes.

Fitted two bikes with Joe on the same day. (Tri and Road). Amazing how much time and detail goes into this precise fitting using their system on their fitting bike. The guys here are awesome, know what they are talking about and do great work adjusting your existing bike, new components etc. I just wish I did this a few years ago. If you are shopping for a new bike, do yourself a favor and go here first, get a real fitting and buy the right bike that fits you. If you have a bike already, spend the money, get a real fitting and work on making your bike fit you right.

After finding this place on google and reading the reviews i decided to give this fit a try. Joe at fitwerx did not disappoint. The service and expertise were beyond what i was expecting. The amount of adjustments and knowledge shared made this the best investment i've made since purchasing my road bike. I can't recommend this place enough, if you've thought of having a bike fit, this is the place to go.

I typically don’t write reviews but this one is warranted. As a somewhat accomplished age-group triathlete with a strong “Type A” personality, I am known to be a hard to please and demanding customer. Thankfully, Joe has a lot of experience with people like me. He fitted and guided me through the selection process for my first Tri Bike and wheels and the results couldn’t have been better. I subsequently had Joe perform a fitting for my road bike and then had Luke upgrade the drivetrain on it to match my tri bike. This gave me the flexibility to interchange my wheels and/or my smart trainer with either bike. I have ridden 2,400 miles since Christmas in preparation for Ironman Lake Placid and have never been so comfortable for extended periods of time on a bike. Just last week, I rode 100 miles (6 hours) and have never felt “fresher” to run coming off the bike. Superior knowledge, service, support and trustworthiness is what separates Joe, Luke and Fit Werx!

Joe and team are true professionals; in a highly specialized profession provides a first class experience for properly fitting casual bike riders, amateur and hard core racers. They take their time, measure (multiple times and collectively determine the best solution providing the rider with a fit for any style of rider. I found the experience extremely pleasing and cannot say enough....
