Absolutely phenomenal customer service, Wayne is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and understands what customers want.......and then delivers it, just from one experience with the staff and it felt as if i had been going there for years!!! I highly recommend JVB's to everyone. Great staff great prices and the service is impeccable!!!

I’ve purchased a Dahon bike from this bike shop a year ago, BEST BIKE SHOP EVER!!!!!!!! Or at least in this area that I experienced, they always keep my bike tuned up and on the go so I can ride FREE SPIRITED,,, if you are looking to ride for a life time with COMFORT and SAFETY IN MIND,  this is MY GO TO PLACE!!!!!!!!

I ordered my Monterey bike off of amazon and needed someone good to assemble it. I decided to bring it here and they assembled it for 50$, much cheaper then other stores in jersey city.

I decided to buy a more comfortable seat, bottle holder, and kick stand. I checked the
prices online and the comfy seat was the same price! I even received a 10% discount.

The employees here are knowledgeable and understanding. This shop does not rob you blind similar to other bike shops in Jersey City.

This is a great bike shop and the prices are very good. I always come here to get my bike fixed or to get something done to it and they do it in a great amount of time.
