Service rude to black customers Can you please train your employees to treat people equally. I wish they where rude to everyone maybe if they are busy but I observed them serve 4 customers and one delivery driver before asking my name for the second time and mean mugging me before giving me my meal.

Literally paid $18 to get 3 pieces of chicken in my buffalo chicken salad… like what? I paid extra for the steelhead fish, but there is like basically no chickento be found. What a waste of money.

The employees here are amazing! They are always swamped with orders but continue to deliver an excellent product and maintain friendly dispositions. They are absolutely a staple and appreciated by the community, I hope they all get a serious raise to show them how much they’re worth!!!

The salad was good, bit pricey in addition to the limited add onsFood: 4/5

Healthy food and fresh ingredients but not very friendly staff.

I used to be a Sweetgreen evangelist and went through phases of picking up salads almost every evening on my way home from the gym. However, over the past year or so, I have soured on Sweetgreen. The portion sizes have been cut significantly while the prices continue to inch upwards. On several occasions, I have picked up salads from the 14th and W location where I’ve been able to see the bottom of the bowl. At first, I just continued reporting my negative feedback on the app and getting store credit, but at this point, Sweetgreen isn’t even worth the effort it takes for me to do that, far less my money. My favorite fast casual chain has now become my meal of last resort.

Sweetgreen really has its act together and this location is a prime example This one has massive cafeteria seating which makes it less "cozy" than other locations but I imagine they need it for peak times I've seen it mid-full at mid peak, I can imagine what it's like during peak If you've never done sweetgreen you might want to consider it Fresh and when possible local ingredients in a "as healthy as one can be" in large turnover environment Tasty too Staffed well

The Harvest bowl is wonderful! Kind of pricey but totally worth it.

This was my go to Sweetgreen until I came in and wasn’t allowed to use the restroom. A paying customer, wasn’t allowed to use the bathroom. I drive for work so I stopped here to eat and take a bathroom break but couldn’t. Very confused as every other Sweetgreen allows the usage of their restrooms. Won’t come here anymore.

Don’t go to this location, bowls here are always under-portioned. It always feels like you pay the same but get 3/4 or less bowl of food at this particular location.
