Swensons (Montrose) Drive-In Restaurants

Service was a little slow which is surprising because they are usually quick about everything. Despite the speed we still got served in a timely and professional manner. Food was delicious as always. If you want a large burger I suggest getting a double or triple instead of the half pound burger. The patty on the half pound burger was a little cumbersome to handle. You can get nearly anything on the menu and be satisfied with your meal.

Delicious food and one of the best drive ins in the U.S. The galley boy is amazing and they have good milkshakes. Staff there hustles and does everything for you. One time one waiter accidentally spilled my milkshake on my car and they washed my car!!! One of the best hidden restaurants in Ohio.

Food is tasty but they often forget items when delivering your food. Much faster service now that you pay at your car. If they got orders right more than 50 percent of the time it'd be 5*.

Went to location for the first time. Learned that it's a drive in, so when you pull in you don't get out of the car and you just turn your headlights on. Then someone comes out and takes your order. It takes a minute to get your food. You can pay with card and they have a device to do it at your car. Food was good and service was polite.

I love going to Swensons whenever I have a chance. I recommend any of the burgers and the potatoe teezers. Their milkshakes are also pretty good too. The fish dinner/sandwich is okay for what it is but I do not recommend the coleslaw. Overall the food is good and I love the drive-in dinning experience. However I've noticed that at this Swensons the servers don't pick up trash. It really takes away from the experience watching trash get blown around the parking lot.
