Swensons (Seven Hills) Drive-In Restaurants

Great product, terrible customer experience. I'd go here at least once a week if it was at all a more pleasant, effortless trip to make. Three really quite simple things stick out to me when I think about Swensons and the things they lack, and the reasons I tend to opt for a place like Wendy's instead: 1. Can we please have some outdoor seating and/or a separate walk up ordering window? 2. At the very least, give us the ability to split checks for credit card payment. 3. Salt the damn fries. I understand the want to keep it a unique, personal experience, but you don't need to make it such an inconvenience. Please research the California-based burger bar The Habit for a shining example of marrying a great product with intuitive, customer-centric service, all while retaining the specific grassroots vibe that made them great in the first place.

This place is a home run every time I go. Their Galley Boy burger is the stuff of legend. I hold In-N-Out in very high regard, and while I can't say this is better, this is definitely"1b" (or "1a" some days). I say that because they are two completely different kinds of burgers. In-N-Out's Double-Double is super fresh and really "clean" tasting, while the Galley Boy's combination of Mayo and BBQ Sauce (their own house made blend of both, nothing out of a jar or bottle) tastes SOOO good. This is tied for my favorite fast food burger anywhere. Also, depending on which location you go to, try their bologna sandwich as well.

Absolutely love Swenson's! We drive 40 minutes to go because of the Galley Boy Burgers and potato teasers. This place is so unique and you can't get a burger like it anywhere else. The ordering process is so simple and you can do it from the comfort of your car! Simply flash your lights and your server will race to your car to get you all that your heart desires. The unique service and fantastic food keeps me coming back!

Really great burger and shake place. My favorite could easily be the chocolate banana shake. You stay in your car the whole time and someone will come out to give you a menu and take your order. The staff is friendly and have what I feel is a good value for what your getting.

This place is awesome drive-in. My buddy at work told me about the hamburgers. Once he told me they had pretty much the best burger, we had to go try them out. My hubby loved the burger and his onion rings. I got the vegetables soup, by far the best I r had. We will def be going back very soon. Service was fast and the guys was friendly.
