It’s not very good advertisement when one of your trainers drives like a f$&kin idiot in a red truck

Due to a spine injury in 2015, I started working out with a personal trainer in early 2016, Coach Rob J, at Synergy and I love it!  The facility is clean, the people are welcoming, knowledgeable, and they offer bootcamps morning and night.  Check it out.

Jake is a awesome trainer !! I trained with him way less times than I wished I had. Will be referring him to family and co workers.
