T-BONES Great American Eatery

I ate at Tbones yesterday around 6pm for my sisters birthday . First, my Baked Haddock and Corn on the cob was amazing. The issue I had was with our server. I didn't hear her name but she was a woman in her 60s with short grey hair and glasses. She treated my sister and mom wonderfully but I felt ignored after my main order was placed. She filled my family's drinks but never acknowledged or asked me at all and when she asked how our meal was I answered but received no eye contact or acknowledgement. When she brought the refilled bottles she just slammed them on the table and walked off and it happened a couple times. She also almost forgot my sisters online birthday coupon. I don't know if was because I was dressed more casually than my family but I felt she was rude towards me. I didn't not want to give her as big of a tip when I paid but my family insisted.

Love this restaurant, they have a great staff, great food at great prices. We are usually here at least once a week. The menu has something for everyone and their daily specials always offer something different but worth trying. I have never been disappointed with their service or food. You must try T-Bones if you haven't.

This was the Blue Whale Restaurant I worked at as a teen. That dates me! This is now a great place to eat but, because of that, a very busy place. Reserve in advance or expect a wait! Food and service is worth waiting for at T-bones!

Over the top delicious ! Not even close to bla tasting chain restaurant type food. Flavor town for sure, as who ever decides the receipt ingredients knows what they are doing. The flavor of everything we've eaten there is pronounced and accurate. I guess home style cooking instead of from a factory prepared (like most chains). Always busy and always waits for tables... is a big tell. Am a fan as are lots of other discerning customers (obviously). Note to management... don't change or skimp. Make sure wait staff "gets their roles"... I over tip when warranted... some may not, but I'll bet the staff that "gets it"... gets it. Yum, Yum... will be back shortly!

Service was okay, but my steak dinner tasted like fake steak( like one of those prepped dollar meal you purchase at the frozen isle at the supermarket). I was going to give 1 star and the reason why Im giving 2 is because my girlfriend kind of liked her shrimp pasta... The inside doesn't look very good either. Everything looks really old. The best part is that I will know for next time... :)
