Will NEVER go to any other carrier EVER! Molly (Store Manager), Chelsi & Tyler (T-Mobile Staff).....THANK YOU! Best customer service I have ever experienced. Very helpful, patient, and personable staff. Explained everything in detail and answered every question even though my account setup went past closing. There's not enough stars here to show how much I appreciated FINALLY working with an awesome company and amazing staff!!! Thank you so much T-Mobile!

Couldn't get service and no internet service and no,I didn't get help on my settings or the reason why I couldn't get service

Loved the young staff. They were so informative and took the time to help me until I new I found the right devices for my teenager and spouse.

My wife and i live in Kansas City. We were in Emporia yesterday on business and ended up at the T Mobile store shopping for new phones - i was a long time Sprint Customer until yesterday when we ran into Molly Mills one of the managers there at the store - she was so helpful, kind and courteous to us that i switched plans and put my wife and her kids all on my new T Mobile plan - she did everything for us, helped us pick out phones, cases, paired all of our phones, moved our pictures, and spent over an hour making sure everything was perfect before we left the store! I would drive all the way from Kansas City to do business with her again and T Mobile from someone who is in sales themselves you have a true star working for your company!

Amazing, patient, friendly, helpful service. We went to get a new phone during a very busy time. We were helped immediately by the manager who addressed all of our concerns with a smile.
