Phone Medic

These guys are the best - very honest and candid about diagnosing phone problems and how best to fix it. They've even told me when it was probably not worth it for them to fix my phone due to there being too much water damage. I appreciate this honesty!

Ike, John and Alwyn were all exceptionally helpful and accommodating! Excellent customer service and I would recommend them to anyone!!!!! Phone issues are never easy but great customer service helps the process be so much smoother! Thanks! I went back in for a data transfer and Zach was very helpful! Keep it up, guys!

I was positive my phone wasn’t going to take a charge without a new charge port installation. Went in for diagnostics and sure as shit it needs a new charge port. A couple of days later they called me up and told me my phone was fixed after some fidgeting and no charge port install was needed. Saved me $100. Some other repair shop would’ve taken more money from me gladly. Nope not these guys, I’ve been to them several times and it’s always a positive experience. Thanks Guys!

Yesterday, I visited Phone Medic in Lawrence, KS for a battery replacement. I didn't spend a fortune, but Tim at the front desk treated me as though I had spent a fortune. Tim showed me how best to use my phone in order to preserve battery life, and I appreciated his walking me through this explanation. Nothing else to add except 'thank you Phone Medic,' and go St. Louis Cardinals! Big H Reasonably affordable

This is an amazing place with great people. I use them all the time. My tempered glass cover from them has lifetime warranty. Let's just say i have used a few times. Go see them.
