Phone Medic

I can't give this store high enough praise! I was certain that my iPhone 6 was a total goner - it was not functioning and wouldn't stay on for more than a minute at a time. I'd never used Phone Medic's service before but thought I'd give it a try and dropped my phone off today, late in the afternoon. Noah B. totally took care of me and my phone was fixed and working again in an hour's time! He was super professional and courteous and I really felt confident when I left that my phone could be fixed. Such a relief! I will happily be recommending Phone Medic!

These guys are terrific. The staff is knowledgeable, honest, and professional. Brought my phone in on a Sunday 3 hours before close with my phone not being able to charge. Noah thought the charging port was bad, but after his diagnosis it was only the antenna that was loose connecting to the port. Instead of selling me something I didn’t need, he fixed it for free and I got my phone back the same day. Noah is the real deal, extremely professional and provided me with the most superior service I’ve experienced in regards to phone repair. I will certainly be coming back whenever I need another repair.

Can't recommend because they never called me like they promised. Went in and asked for a quote. They took down my info and said they would call when the screen for my s7 came in. Never heard back. Had a much better and cheaper experience at Device Pros.

Absolutely loved my experience! They had my phone fixed up in no time. Great, honest help is hard to find these days. Highly recommend them for your next phone fix!

We went in with no appt and received excellent repairs for a iPhone s6 plus at a very decent price. At first we were quoted at 2 hours but the guys there rocked it out in 1. Noah and John were both very professional and helpful. Very pleased and impressed and will definitely be returning for all my cellphone repair needs. These guys obviously take pride in what they do. The phone is working great and looks like new.
