I love the service at this place. They try to take care of you as fast as they can.They go out of their way to help you if you are having problems with your cell phone. They don't do any sale pushing to try to get you to buy their product's and cell phone's. They are a great bunch of employees that work there.

Because of my experience with this store today I am porting my number to another carrier. You sign a contract customer service go out the door. Won't happen again, you do better with pre paid service. You call you get people over in India somewhere. They got to go.

Went in today to add another new line and Juan was super Helpful and Nice !! Thanks for the service loved it definitely coming back everyone it’s super nice in here and they don’t try to sell you something that u really don’t need !! Unlike the T-Mobile on 18th Street in Roeland Park !! 🚫
