T-Mobile

I have been with T mobile for 5 years. I went to this store needing an upgrade! Courtney was so helpful and welcoming. She answered all questions and made sure I knew what was happening with my bill. Thank you for your time Courtney!! The store was clean and neat as well. Would definitely recommend this store AND Courtney to anyone!!

I am amazed at how kind and knowledge all of the staff was. Ask for Courtney. She is sweet and helpful. I had went to a different store earlier in the day and wasn't pleased. I then came to this store in hopes of fixing my problem and she spent over an hour with us making sure we were completely satisfied and informed on our purchases and made sure we had the best deals. I truly can't say enough how great her service was. I'm not usually one to write reviews on people, but I know I would have loved to know about someone so helpful beforehand. I'll be driving the extra hour our of my way anytime I need T-Mobile help now! Definitely worth it. 😊

Really satisfied with service at this t mobile location. Courtney was very helpful and provided an excellent service. I definitely recommend this location.

I thought Mobile was the real deal. That is until the rebel phone and Immobile service through this store was compromised and hacked. My bank account and all other accounts were hacked through Mobile devices and services. Hopefully it was not an inside job. But we know it was intentional and with Lexington law and their guaranteed ID theft protection and with our reporting to the FTC, Federal Trade Commission. We are protected from this intentional hacking. If I am not reimbursed for my phone and plan. Then no one should buy Mobile services.

Courtney and Isaiah are the bomb. My 1st time with Tmobile and they made my transition easy. They know their stuff. Good job guys!!!! Great customer service!
