T-Mobile Kiosk

The reps are good. The cell service sucks in this area. So many times I have had trouble tickets. Switched out phones. Upgraded phones. Just to find out there are no 4 G towers out herd.honestly the phones are having issues die to it wants to be 4 g . that is what the software is set up for, but there are only 2G and 3 G towers out here. Again Reps are good...I am just sorry they have to work for a company that has so many issues in this area.

Joshua is a fantastic employee of T-Mobile -definitely management material without a question of doubt. I told him what i needed and he was of tremendous help from start to finish I was set up in 15 minutes. On top of that when I called the store the next day he took the time to direct me to a spcific article helping me troubleshoot the issue. If you ever see this...Thank you, Josh!

Friendly staff. Manager took a look at my phone when I was having issues two hours before they were opened. I also had a great experience when I purchased my phone so I am comfortable with a recommendation and this 5 star rating.

Great staff! Customer service is always fast & helpful. Went in to pay my bill & actually ended up saving money in the long run. Definitely recommend any T-Mobile customer to visit this location.
