Phone Medic

I took my phone in for a screen replacement yesterday. The technician who helped me was Rodrigo. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and was able to repair my phone quickly and without problems. They were more than fair with their pricing. I would recommend this specific Phone Medic store over the others in the area because they know what they are doing and have great customer service.

I don't know what I think about this place. Took an iPhone in because the screen was popping off. Turns out that the battery was so swollen that it was pushing the screen off. Got a new battery and we were good to go. Then within 24 hours the phone completely shut down. Like absolutely dead. Took it back to Phone Medic, who supposedly guarantees their work. Of course, they wouldn't even consider that even though the phone worked fine when we brought it to them (even with the screen situation) that they trashed it. But they were willing to sell us a phone... how convenient. After all was said and done, I felt like I had a "used car salesman" experience (sorry used car salespeople!).

I went in Phone Medic to have my iPhone cracked screen repaired. The service was amazing. My customer service person repaired the phone as he said in less time and provided recommendations about iPhone I appreciated. Would highly recommend using their service. Kathy

Fabulous service on replacement screen for my iPhone 7. They told me 45-60 minutes and it was like new in 25 minutes.

The team is very helpful and knowledgeable. The 2 times I've used Phone Medic, they have really come through for me. And they are very good about working quickly to shorten the amount of time the phone is in the repair shop. That is absolutely essential for phones such as mine that are used for business.
