T-Mobile

Walked in and was greeted and helped with no wait. Professional staff and very eager to help. Was made aware of promotions that were going on and I found this out after I left the store, the issue that I had with my phone was resolved with the help of the T-Mobile staff member. Will definitely be coming back if I need a new phone or troubleshooting.

Mariah was wonderful! She found a great solution for my problem. I come here once a month at least, and I love the customer service here!

I have good and average experiences with this T-mobile. However, today I felt the customer experience was below average. An employee Mariah, I felt that she did not go out of her way to help. I even called the T-mobile afterwards and she gave a vague-get this call over with response and did not put the effort to help her customers.

Awesome experience!!! Some of the best customer service I have ever witnessed or experienced. Dylan and Dayton are customer service BOSSES! One day I had the opportunity to spend a few hours spread over 3 visits. I have some experience with customer service, and I was very impressed by Dylan and Dayton. They were thorough and attentive to everybody they helped. They were quite busy that day and even stayed 45 minutes after closing to make sure everybody was taken care of and totally satisfied. These 2 young men are great assets to your company.
