Ana has worked at this location for quite awhile. I always go to her for help. She is knowledgeable and helpful. She has always been able to solve my phone questions and problems.

I went into this t-mobile store today. Customer service was totally AWFUL!! I had a problem with my new phone. The agent there just took my phone tried a couple of things then gave it back to me and said "nothing wrong". I've been with t-mobile for over 10 years. After this experience I've decided to go to another provider!
