Phone Medic

The friendly staff made for a great experience! I had my phone screen replaced within an hour. *Review Edit* Zac (I believe that was his name) has assisted me on both visits (my phone may or may not have sustained water damage...). He is extremely professional and personable even when calling me with bad news. I would recommend this store to all my friends.

Very fast fixing a screen and replacing a battery. Done in about an hour. Very professional and courteous. I have recommended to friends already.

These guys and gals are great. After getting the run around at the local Apple Store I called the Phone Medic. They were helpful from get go, Chloe advised me as to how they would handle the issue, Noah then diagnosed the issue for me when I walked in. What I thought was going to cost me a bundle these folks got it right and I am receiving a new device after taking their advice. The upfront honesty is appreciated and customer service is outstanding.

Sprint told me I needed to buy a new phone because my phone was beyond repair. Same with Apple. I stopped by phone medic and they had my phone fixed in a little over an hour. Had the creen replaced, phone looks new and works great again!! Great service! The Latino guy who helped me was very friendly and professional, he recommended a case and a screen protector but was not pushy at all, and his recommendation was relavant to my broken phone issue. He insisted he did not need any credit since it was a team effort and they're here to take care of me, but I think he was great. Thanks phone medic, and good job for promoting team work in the workplace!!
