My wife took her iPhone in for a screen replacement six months ago. It was working fine and then the screen died. So we took the phone into the Apple store and was told that they could not work on the phone since it had an aftermarket screen on it and that the warranty was now void on the phone. They said they normally charge $150 for a screen replacement and we had paid Quest $129. Not worth saving the $21. We took the phone into Quest and they quickly pointed to their 90 day warranty and said there was nothing they were willing to do. After talking to the boy at the counter for a bit he went to check with the owner and came back and said that they would put a new screen on it for $7 off and that the phone would be ready in an hour and a half. We had no other option so we went with it. We went back in when we were told to and were told that they were busy and it'd be an additional 45 minutes. Went back in 45 minutes and were told it'd be another 15. I would suggest that everyone take their Apple devices to the Apple store and avoid these people.

Thank you for such professional service! Quest Wireless had the best price to fix my cracked screen! It was finished in under thirty minutes to catch my flight! I highly recommend Quest Wirless!

Took my iPhone 5 there with a shattered screen. Within 30 minutes, they had installed a new screen and I was on my way. I was a little worried at first as the new screen seemed to make all the colors foggy, but after a few hours everything cleared up and everything is as good as new. Can't tell it was ever dropped.

Wow great service! Brought in a broken screen they saved us 100's of dollars. Looks like a new phone Very helful nice guys.
