This is for sure the best location to go to. I’ve gone to other locations and I always had to wait and then the person helping me would act like I'm bothering them (at their job?!) The guy (manager)that helped me at this store was so helpful and efficient. I was able to upgrade my phone, buy another phone and add a line in under 30 minutes. Go to this location if you don't want to spend hours at the store!

Absolutely the worst T-Mobile location ever. They told me I needed to wait 20 minutes just to get my free umbrella because they were too lazy to walk in the back of the store and get it for me I will never visit the store again everyone in the store can burn in hell!

SAVE YOURSELF and run as fast as you can to another store. I should have read the reviews. I've previously upgraded 8 phones at this location. Employee turnover here indicates red flags. Na**i was NO help. Never, again, at this "AUTHORIZED reseller!

Had just purchased my phone from a different store and not everything transferred correctly, so I stopped in to see what could be done—-Dwayne was very helpful and fixed it as well as put on my screen protector and case 🙂 both he and the young lady who also assisted in my accessory purchase, were very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. I’ll travel a bit further to this location for future needs! Thank you both!

The worst people to deal with in my life hands down tried to make me restart my payments instead of helping me with my claim and lied to get me to waste my time driving there screw this place every other t mobile location has been great not here dont go
