T-Mobile

Very nice answer my question in-and-out very quickly. So far I just started with T-Mobile and so far I'm very happy.

If you go there, you need to spend at least one hour to solve a small problem, because they don't have enough associate to assist. But their associates are nice and helpful.

They are awesome every time I go! This is what T-mobile wants to see in all their stores. My husband bought some Beat headphones and before two weeks even passed by they quit functioning. I called explained my problem and quickly received a new pair! Thank you for making it so easy to fix the problem!

This is the T-Mobile store to go to if you need great service, they have a very large amount of accessories which is helpful. Pretty much a one-stop-shop if you need to get for all cell phone needs. The management here is top-notch.

The custom service is crappy when you asked for some.promotional that they posted when Pixel 2 was release and Verizon was offering a better deal so. took advantage of buying Pixel 2 and went to Tmobile unfortunately, they won't honor it unless you upgrade to T-mobile one or upgrade to unlimited which means an extra cost or monthly fee. It's not shown on the ads properly and it was misleasding. It's really unfair and suddenly when you go to store or call them at 611, they have a different story. Com'n. Why are u making customer confuse, can u make it simple as 1 2 3 steps. I've been with T-mobile for more than three years. Anyway, I will be looking for another service carrier. It was great experience with Tmobile, good and bad.
