I dealt with 2 employees during my visits (2 trips there the same day totaling 6 hours of drive time for me) I did not get the name of one of them. He was a younger guy who was either bald or had very short hair. He was very friendly and helpful. However the second employee I dealt with was named Marcela. She had TERRIBLE customer service skills and was very rude. She also lied to me about double checking to be sure my new phone would work on the network I wanted (which is why I had to make 2 trips that day). I did end up getting a second phone I loved and worked great. However with the poor customer service I received it was NOT an enjoyable visit.

Just came in to sell my galaxy s5. Took forever to get me a quote. She checked my phone for 40 minute to see if there something is wrong with it. She couldn't find anything wrong with it.. then she told me that they're not buying galaxy s5 at this time. This is such a wast of time. Plus, there was another guy who came in to pick up a phone. He was looking pretty unhappy, she told him that it's not done and it'll probably be done tomorrow. He was pretty pissed and just told them to put the phone back together and that he ain't leaving without his phone!

Great service. Carub took great care of me on an iPad purchase and a repair on my son's phone. SUPER FAST :)

Bought two Samsung Galaxy note 5 and sold them my iPhone was a pretty great experience and everything was dealt with pretty well defiantly will go back

Apple store -- shmapple store. Why go there, when you can go here. I picked up a "like new" iPhone 7 here and have been overusing it ever since!!! Infact I've already left like 3 other reviews just because I can't stay off of the damn thing. Point is -- I spent $400 and some change vs $800..... with that extra savings I was able to hoard other meaningless materials!!!! It feels good to save money -- but it also feels good to find a decent place where you don't feel like your meeting a serial killer all over saving a few bucks on a craigslist deal. Go here.
