Sprint Store

My wife goes in to upgrade her phone and get off my plan and get her own. She’s there for 2 hours the first day. Well long story short we try to do the release of responsibility at home like they tell us to. I go online and it won’t go through. I call customer service and they tell me she’s under a business account. My wife returns to the store to get it changed and spends another 1 1/2 trying to get it changed. They’re saying they don’t know how it happened. Well on her first visit they had multiple people working on her account and just playing around. The second visit the manager gets involved and my wife explains to him what happened the day before. He’s not too concerned and hands it back over to the original salesperson. She tells my wife she’s sorry and that it’s supposedly been fixed and we should wait a week or so to give the system time to update. Well yesterday I had to call customer service again because of issues online again. I’m told my wife was still on a business account and the store never fixed it. There were other multiple issues that occurred but too much to name. Very, very bad customer service. I believe they were just trying to get a sale and never paid attention to what they were actually doing. Never going back to this store again!

Went in and talked to Nelson Freeman, he was very polite and understanding in helping me set up a new cell phone service. He was very honest about all the details, which is something I find very crucial in making these decision.

All of the people who worked here were awesome and so helpful! Thank you to Edgar and Mario for helping get my new phone, Will definitely recommend you guys to anyone with sprint!!
