Great staff, great environment, good music if you are looking for service or a new phone there isn't any other place to go I highly recommend this location. I worked with Walter and he was attentive, answered all my questions and was genuinely concerned all my needs.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I regret giving this store my business. Walter was highly unprofessional, unimformed about the product he was trying to sell, and apparently was too lazy to find out from someone else or Google. Why even inform a customer about phone differences and not even know what the differences mean? I tried to leave then the store manager, Clem, came and demanded to know why, which made it awkward, then offered me 20 bucks off my bill next month if I stayed, then he disappeared ( I ended up having to call customer care to get the 20 bucks off). According to the manager, Walter was one of his best, I'd hate to see his worst employee.
Despite my negative feelings, I went through with the phone upgrade which was super unpleasant because Walter was obviously butt hurt and wrote me off. The kicker though is after all this he tries to sneak in a screen protector. When he brings out the phone he shows me the screen protector and stated, "it comes with the phone." My boyfriend and I turn to each other and spoke of how nice that was of him to give us a free screen protector. He didn't say a damn thing.
As I was using Samsung Switch to transfer my data on my own. He curtly told me to get the app and offered no help or explanation. He asks me if it's card or cash. We ask for what, to which he responded a screen protector. I understand up selling, but what he was doing was trying to sneak something in hopes we'd just pay for it; which is rather shady.
After going through all that and not even getting my 20 dollar bill credit. I was rather heated and thinking about switching providers. Luckily Customer Care was very apologetic and gave me the credit I was promised.
Thinking about going to this T-Mobile, JUST DON'T DO IT.

Horrible service! I purchased service at this location on a Wednesday as a well qualified customer, it’s now Friday and I have not been able to make outbound calls or receive calls. I was told inaccurate information numerous times and have requested a refund numerous times. I would not recommend getting service at this location especially with it not being a corporate location.

Great staff at this location, made my T-Mobile experience really fun and more importantly easy! I would highly recommend anyone looking for a phone or service to come here!
