I went for my replacement phone and set up, Avery got it set up just fine. The only complaint I have is that he was playing a game on his phone the entire time. Not very courteous!

My phone was acting all wacko and Daneil fixed it. Charged it and made it so much easier to use. He is awesome and knows his phones. He's helped me almost a year now and wouldn't dare go else where. I thank him so much for his help

If you are looking for someone who knows all the details you need to know about phones and service ask for Daniel. He has been helping me for quite a while now and he is very knowledgeable and has always made sure I get the best deals and service. I couldn't ask for a better "phone person!" Hes the bomb.

The staff is wonderful. Dallas has helped me on more than one occasion and is always knowlegable and helpful.

Worst T mobile store I have ever visited, hope they don't understand customer service. I had multiple issues in this store. They misplaced my phone, I struggled more than 2 months to address the issue. I bought 2 new iPhones, they said they setup but it didn't work. Very frustrating when we are paying for the service but its not working
