T-Mobile Kiosk

On April 10, 2018 one of their customers made a purchase from them, then went into a neighboring business and shoplifted items, stuffing them into the T-Mobile bag. When asked for assistance from the business owner that suffered the theft, employees refused to assist or identify the thief. I'll never do business with T-Mobile. Pass the word.

After having a horrible experience at the 327 Southwind Pl site, I came to the kiosk in the mall and had excellent service from their manager. We got the part we wanted immediately with full explanation and how to return or upgrade if that is what we desired after trying the part out. This was what the other site seemed unable to find after weeks of ignoring my calls and yet the mall site had two of them in stock for months. Great customer service here. Thanks.

Very nice customer service, always willing to explain things to you and help you out. Just wish they had a full store and not just a kiosk.

Located in the Mall, this T-Mobile Kiosk is conveniently placed so that if I need to turn in a device or file a claim, I can easily get that done. The Staff are helpful and work efficiently to rectify any issues.
