The guy who helped today was rushing to get back to lunch I assume..i asked him to fix a couple of things on my phone like my Google mic...and take off the short cut that comes on my home screen. He fell at both..no m ic on my text screen ...the m ic he put on home screen takes me to chrome not happy

Switching from another carrier was easy. Marco spent all the time I needed to answer all of my questions about their billing process, plan options, and coverage. I have had a couple of questions since making the move, and have gone in person and called the story directly and have always had great service.

No one ever answers the fkn phone. Terrible service messed up accounts after a year changed my dad social security number on his account..double billed us. I would give them a zero

You get the kind of service you pay for. If you want a cheap phone with spotty service, while getting frustrated with rude, ignorant instore sales clerk; then go here.

T-Mobile seems to be downgrading as far as in store customer service and options as far as devices go. This location usually has subpar customer service.
