SHAME ON T MOBILE ... I only gave it three stars because u cant sit down in this store . There isn't a booth or a normal place of seating when being introduced to a new plan or any sales. when your in a store for "hours" u should literally have a booth or seating arrangement .. ghetto as can be ...SHAME SHAME SHAME For sure NOT the people's fault that work here. Ariana helped us and she is very informational and good at what she does. There seems to be another girl younger then her(not sure of name) and she was cranky and mad at the world !! I like t mobile , maybe not this location !! GOOD LUCK FOLKS ..or pick a different tmobile store

The associate I spoke to was super nice, he tried hard to help. But in the end my particular situation had to be called into customer care, and sent to disputed billing, then it was resolved. And the associate took care of me once again. No wait too which was a nice change

All of the staff greeted us with a smile when we walked in and we were helped right away. They answered all of our questions and were patient with us. They were also very personable and kind. Definitely was the best T-Mobile store we have been to yet because of the positive experience we had with the staff and the great customer service we received.

Really bad management , never return calls as promise , change your plan without your approval and sell products on different terms as said and advertise . Lucky I had it all recorded and presented to Tmobile Corp customer service to reverse $400.00 difference on the bills. Buy at risk and I think better management is needed .
