Sprint Store

The "techs" left something to be desired... like technical knowledge/skill. After assuring me over the phone they were "very familiar" with my model of phone, I went in to have the work done. After a long period of them staring at what I assumed was some sort of schematic on their computer screen I walked over to see what was wrong. Turns out they were watching various YouTube videos of DIYrs working on that phone. Wow. :I I'm soooooo glad I went to a "real" Sprint store, took the time to call ahead and made absolutely sure they were ready, willing and and TRAINED to be able to handle the need. Glad I wasted that kind of time, because I'd hate to have been dealing with a hack that just YouTubes it. The extra star was just for the very nice, apologetic and otherwise helpful customer service rep.

My husbands phone was not recognizing his memory card, he thought all of his information was lost. They were able to replace the card memory was restored, one less angry husband. They were very professional about the situation.

Customer service is terrible. Was on hold on the phone for 27 mins as they forgot about my call and only later someone else picked up again without knowing what happened. Then in store, the reps are not friendly and don’t even look you in the eye when speaking. Nothing wrong with Sprint, just the customer service. They could definitely do better.
