Immediate service in a very busy store. The sales rep was efficient at helping us chose a phone, activating it & paying a screen protector we also purchased

Customer service at this store sucks but phone service is good.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I told them I need help with transferring data from my old phone to my new phone. Two employees standing around not doing anything and they both tell me to go home and download an app. They tell me it's really easy and self-explanatory. If it's so easy then why don't you just do it on-site. Funny how T-Mobile doesn't resist accepting my payment every month, but if you ask for service that's when they get reluctant.
